The Heavy-Duty S-Panel Tie, or wire tie, is rated at 6000 pounds ultimate and is the most commonly used tie for commercial and industrial structures. The standard breakback for the Heavy-Duty S-Panel Tie is 1".

X-Flat Ties
X-Flat Ties are commonly used for residential foundations when the 1" standard breakback is not required. The end of the tie extends beyond the back of the form for quick inspection of tie location.  We stock the most common sizes of Standard Duty X-Flat ties which are rated at 6000 lbs ultimate and have a 1/4'' breakback.

Resi-Ply is a 1-1/8" plywood forming system is designed for residential and low wall industrial concrete construction.

This forming system is not available for rental. We do stock many common ties from 4'' to 36''
The Symons Resi-Ply tie is compatible with most other 1 1/8'' forming systems.

 

Heavy-Duty Gang Form Tie
Rated at 6000 lbs ultimate. The Heavy Duty Gang Form Tie is used when gang forming with Steel-Ply.  because of its lightweight design,  Steel-Ply is ideal for gang forming. We stock most of the common gang form tie sizes.

We stock the most common sizes of these ties with cones and water resistant. most with the standard 1'' breakback and in the heave duty version ( rated at 6000 lbs ultimate)   The cone and or water resistant ties are often specified in water treatment plants or tanks designed to contain fluids.  nonstandard breakebacks can be special ordered
